Our History
January 21, 1989, The Living Waters Charismatic Outreach Inc. began in San Juan, Batangas, Philippines. Bro. Vilo Ambal, Sis. Mita Perez-Ambal, and Sis. Nora Reodica were called and chosen by God to start the ministry and evangelize. The month thereafter, the Lord opened the Los Angeles branch in California, USA.
We are a nondenominational church. The Charismatic movement is a Christian renewal movement led by the Holy Spirit. We believe that the role of the Holy Spirit is to guide the believer into truth. “When, however, the Spirit comes, who reveals the truth about God, he will lead you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own authority, but he will speak of what he hears and will tell you of things to come.” John 16:13
Its primary purpose is evangelism according to the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20. We are also called to be witnesses as in Acts 1:8.
We love sharing the Gospel with others, near and far through our outreaches.
In obedience to the Great Commission, the Covid-19 pandemic presented an opportunity for our ministry to further spread the Gospel via online tools such as Zoom. We currently have online services in other states - Oregon, Washington, and Wisconsin and internationally - Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, and Turkey.
We are a non-profit religious organization.
